REIMAGINING FERTILITY JUSTICE IN CANADA

About the Project

The Fertility Justice Project is a multidisciplinary thinktank at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law dedicated to advancing reproductive equity in Canada. We examine how laws, policies, and healthcare practices shape access to fertility and family-building services, with a focus on racialized and underrepresented communities. Through legal research, public education, and advocacy, we hope to address systemic barriers and highlight pathways to equitable fertility care for all.
